During the opening ceremony for Ministerial Forum On Global South-South Cooperation In Agriculture (MFASSC) in Changsha Hunan Province, Hu Chunhua, Vice Prime Minister Of State Council of China, Han Changfu, Minister of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Mr. Graziano, Director-general of the Food and agriculture organization of the united nations (FAO) , issued Certificates to the representatives of institutions and individuals that had made special contributions to south-south cooperation in agriculture. FFCR was awarded the special contribution unit of China-FAO and South-South Cooperation
