On July 11th, 2018, the graduation ceremony of the graduation ceremony of the “2016 Professional Master Degree Program in Fishery” sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by Nanjing Agricultural University was held in Wuxi Fisheries College.

On behalf of all the faculty and staff of the Freshwater Fisheries Research Center and Wuxi Fisheries College, Dean Xu Pao congratulated the 20 international students who successfully completed their studies and expressed his thanks to the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), MOFCOM, Nanjing Agricultural University, Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province and Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Commerce for their strong support and guidance. Prof. Xu Pao also reviewed with all the international students of their two-year study and living experience in Wuxi Fisheries College.

The project is a high-level foreign-aid degree education program funded by the Ministry of Commerce, which lasted for two years. It aims to train high-level elite in fisheries from government departments in developing countries. There are 20 full-time postgraduate students from 10 countries including Cambodia, Mongolia, Algeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Malawi, Sierra Leone, South Sudan and Uganda to attend this project.
