FFRC organized the “Training Course on Aquaculture Technology for Myanmar”

On June 28th, 2018, the opening ceremony of the “Training Course on Aquaculture Technology for Myanmar” sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by the Freshwater Fisheries Research Center was held in FFRC. Prof. Yu Shuzhou, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, Prof. Xu Pao, director of FFRC, and Mr .Wan Songjun, chief of the Department of Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation, Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Commerce attended the opening ceremony.

The training course lasted for 30 days and a total of 16 fishery officials and technicians from Myanmar participated in this training course. During the training, in addition to the lectures, experiments and production practices, all the participants would also go to Shanghai, Zhejiang and other places to visit and learn about China's experience in aquaculture technology.
