May 22-29, 2018, at the invitation of Prof.Oshima Yuji,Japanese partner from Kyushu University Agricultural College,Pro.f YANGJ ian, chief research scientist of Chinese Acamedy of Fisheries Science,and assistant researcher, Dr.JIANG Tao visited the Prof.Oshima laboratory at Kyushu University for exchange and discussion on resources evaluation and ecological protection of Japanese Coilia ectenes.During the visit,they have investigated the distribution situation of Japanese Coilia ectenes and environment characteristics of relevant water body like Ariake Sea and its coastal areas,such as Fukuoka ken River, Oyabe River,etc. More than 100 Japanese Coilia ectenes were collected for experiment, otoliths and other tissue parts of representative samples have been dissected and conducted determination research with aspects of breeding, morphology, physiology,etc.
